Yoga for Mobility, Strength and Balance

Yoga is not just about being able to touch your toes, it is about bringing flexibility, mobility, strength and stability to boost physical and mental well-being.  This workshop will focus on a series of Asanas (postures) to bring balance and awareness to the body. These positions are greatly beneficial when providing a rehabilitation programme to clients or yourselves, for a variety of injuries.  You will be introduced to yoga breathing, by controlling the timing and frequency of every breath to slow down the nervous system and connect body and mind. This workshop is perfect for massage therapists, runners and anyone that has an interest in learning yoga and body awareness
